4 days until Disney. I have at least one goal.

Well there are four days until Disney and I have decided I want to ride a segway with a cape. This is my newest mission and I hope it will be a success. Short entry I know but the goal is epic enough to deserve its own entry.

Food for thought

Here is a list of foods I'd like to try at Disney World.

Lets start with...
Dessert

Aloha Isle- Dole Whip Soft Serve - Pineapple, vanilla, chocolate or swirl ice cream

Beaches and Cream- Fudge Mud Slide - A gooey, chewy brownie covered with hot fudge, three scoops of Vanilla ice cream, oreo cookies, whipped cream and a cherry.

Coral Reef Restaurant- Baileys and Jack Daniel's Mousse - Topped with a ganache and chocolate cigar

Crepes des Chefs de France- Crepes au Chocolat, Confiture de Fraise ou Sucre - Crepes filled with Chocolate, Strawberry preserve or Sugar.

Garden Grove- Dessert (Lunch)- Triple Chocolate Cake - Milk Chocolate Mouse, White Chocolate Mousse Interior, Flourless Cake, chocolate sauce

Happy Landings Ice Cream Shop- Garbage Pail - Layered into a sand pail to be scooped out with a shovel. Chocolate and vanilla ice cream, waffle cone pieces, cookie pieces, sprinkles, hot fudge, caramel sauce, strawberry sauce, whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. (Sounds fun!)

Hollywood Brown Derby- Hidden Treasures - Vanilla ice cream, Oreo cookie crumbles, Gummy Snakes, and a Toll House cookie.

Planet Hollywood- Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie - Warm double chocolate brownie with chocolate and vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream.
-Chocolate Cake - A chocolate lover's dream...layers of moist chocolate and creamy frosting served with vanilla ice cream

Plaza Restaurant- Creamy Hand-Dipped Milk Shakes - Ice cream flavors: Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, no sugar added raspberry sherbet, no sugar added butter pecan, or nonfat chocolate-vanilla swirl.

Raglan Road- Dunbrody Kiss - Chef Dundon's gift to America. Chocolate, add chocolate, and then add some more.

Rainforest Cafe at AK- Sparkling Volcano - Enough for two or more. Rich chocolate brownie cake stacked up high, served warm with vanilla ice cream, fresh whipped cream and topped with caramel and chocolate sauces.

Shula's Steak House- Seven Layer Chocolate Cake - Seven Layer Chocolate Cake

Sleepy Hollow- Caramel Corn - Caramel Corn served in a bucket.

Any other Dessert suggestions?

Not much

Not much happening. I finish college for the summer on the 24th. I should really be doing work now... but its too early. I learned I cannot cook pancakes even if the batter is premade. I might try egos depending on the cost... I'm trying to find cheap foods I can rely on for Disney. Oh, my room finally got finished, its mostly purple with bambooish flooring, maybe I'll post pics. For now just a boring life which is fine for me. I'm also thinking about posting a list of foods I want to try in Disney.

19th Birthday

Well today was my 19th Birthday. I had an ice cream cake and got 3 Barbies. I collect barbies by the way. They can set up the most beautiful scenes.
or you can make custom characters like Galia from Star Trek

These are the barbies I got My Melody Pop Life and my FAVORITE Tarina Tarantino

My little bro also got me a 50$ gift card to Gamestop which is impressive because he is only 15.

DISNEY NEWS: It looks like I may be able to get on COBRA for health insurance while I am down at Disney. So it looks like I WILL be going!

Health Insurance

Well I have my loans set. But now my full coverage health insurance may drop me because I won't be a "Full Time Student" for a semester, even though I'm coming back and taking all the classes full time and maybe even full time summer.

So if I get hurt at Disney that means life long injury uninsured, many payments for life on doctor bills. Can anyone help me?

I can't back down now. I told Disney I would be there but I need so many medicines for allergies that I cannot afford without insurance. And say I get a chemical burn from custodial work, I wont be able to afford treatment.

I don't know what to do. I need guidance and prayers.
